EA APP won't open error code EC: 10500

Hello

I was playing BF6 like I have been since release and my pc shut down because of a power outage in my house.

Everything is working well and the internet is back as well. Now I cannot open the EA app anymore for whatever reason.. it says connection error 10500 and I can only log out or quit the app. If I try to log back in, the same thing keeps happening.

I don't understand how my pc shutting down could have caused this.

Anyone has a similar issue ? Thanks

same here my profile 0 buyed games and i subscribed EAplaypro for a battlefield 6 and no access no old games

i opened the ea app through the EaLaunchHelper then cleared the cache and back working

I am having the same issue first the EA app wouldn't open and now BF6 can't connect to online services.

This is a MAJOR issue as I cannot even log into the EA App to play the game I payed for. I am mainly getting EC: 10005 despite having had no issues previously, having no internet problems (restarted, tested, I play wired) and the one time in 1hr it takes me to try to get onto the app I play a game and get disconnected mid-game. This has only started happening recently please fix it ASAP as I cannot play the game I paid money for.
