merhaba ea play uygulaması içerisinde indirdiğim oyunları açamıyorum. oyun indirildikten sonra başlattığımda oyun penceresi açılıyor fakat siyah bir ekranda kalıyor ne kadar beklesem de siyah ekran geçmiyor ve oyun açılmıyor. uygulamayı silip yeniden yüklemeyi denedim. oyunları silip yeniden yüklemeyi denedim fakat hiçbir şekilde çözüm olmadı yardımcı olabilir misiniz.

Hello, I can't open the games I downloaded from the EA Play app. After downloading the game, when I launch it, the game window opens but it just hangs on a black screen. No matter how long I wait, the black screen doesn't go away and the game won't open. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Try deleting
and reinstalling the games, but nothing seems to help.
