EA Background Services On Startup & Close?

"EA Background Service" for my computer is showing up on my task manager on my computer after turning it on for the morning, without even starting anything EA-related. The app is not open, Epic is not open, Xbox, B.net, nothing related to it at all is open and yet this is still on my task manager for some reason when I restart my computer.

I have no startup programs that would cause this. It's also set to "manual" in my services, yet it started up on its own before any prompt, like a spyware or malware program would.

It also does not close when I close the EA App, and I have background services off entirely.

Please help me fix this. It seems no one has found a fix for this for years and years, and people keep asking for help on it, and nothing works.
