Every time (100%)Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By launching the gameWhat happens when the bug occurs? It loads but then states the message of an unresolvable error and won't launch the app.What do you expect to see? The app won't launch and will continue in a loop.‌I was mid download througha game on the desktop app, but paused it to restart my pc, wanted to start the download again, but only saw this stupid message, tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the problem keeps happening.

went to open app said something has blown up so i uninstall and then reinstall and get same message not happy as premium member cant play my games the app may still be in beta but i suggest this gets fixed or will be wanting refund on membership

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to open the program What happens when the bug occurs? The client gives a message saying and unresolvable error has occurred and gives the option to close or restart the program. Neither option seems to fully stop the all the client's services. What do you expect to see? A successfully launched client ‌Tried restarting PC, uninstalling EA Desktop, and plenty of other troubleshooting ideas. It's just complete luck if it'll happen to open after constantly closing it and trying again. Apparently it was fixed about a month ago, but nothing has changed. This has been happening for almost a year at this point.

Get the "Oof something exploded" crash notification. Attempted to use Error Reporter get the dialogue and then the same crash notification. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Desktop App multiple times, restarted the computer when prompted and my behavior is unchanged. I went into the logs file in my program data, I only have a log for the EABackgroundService and this appears to be the critical error: 10172ERROR (`anonymous-namespace'::buildSignatureUrl)[downloadUrl] is empty After that it has everything shutting down.How often does the bug occur?
