Hey 2rawb8flal0h​,

It looks the EA app doesn't have the permissions it needs. Could you try running it as an administrator?

Also, just to check, do you have enough storage on your drive to download the files you need?

    i did run it as administrator but it did not work and yes i do have enough storage to download it
