@54nz7tuqryj9 This could be caused by quite a few things. Typically, security programs like firewall, antivirus, or Windows account don't have permissions. Can you let us know what steps you have taken so you don't rinse and repeat steps that didn't work for you?
Disabling antivirus, reinstalling EA, changing folders, that kinda thing

@54nz7tuqryj9 Did you disable the antivirus, or add permissions?
Can you try the following?- Run the Ea App exe as admin
- Change UAC Controls within WindowsT
- Try a new Windows User Account
The error message is something running that is preventing you from accessing it which is typically Admin privileges for Windows like a password or it was blocked in the antivirus or 3rd party program.
Tried them all but still the same error ☹️

@54nz7tuqryj9 Can you go into Safe mode with networking and see if you get the same error? Try a Clean Boot then launch the game
I've tried all the same things; restarting the computer, reinstalling EA App (in multiple locations), making sure everything has Admin Privileges, making sure it has security authorization, disable antivirus, adding exceptions, starting in safe mode, nothing works.
I just want to install and play my games. Why do things break every time EA tries to do something new?
Did anyone find fix for this? i have same problem nothing seems to help solve it

@Vulkan989 Hey, what all steps have you performed with this error? In order to help with troubleshooting, we have to know what was done so steps arent repeated. Hello, I try to uninstall and clean install EA app. not working. did it again with UAC set to low setting and antivirus paused. Still no luck.
Game is not downloading, It is setup to download to E:\games\ea games\. It always gives security error. Image ea app2
When i change it to C: drive it starts to download but it have error too. Image ea app3
something is wrong with app. Steam works fine. And it stores downloads on E disk. As C drive is windows only, and small apps.

@Vulkan989 Thank you for the screenshots. Can you reset the password to your EA account for me, and then when you log into the app, pause the download and change the download speed in the EA App settings?
With that error, since it is so generic, there won't always be a one-step process that just fixes it. I've seen players say their ISP blocked it and a VPN worked.
