Ea play pro not giving me access to Pro games

I bought the Ea Play Pro membership and i wanted to use it to play fc26 but when i try to download the game or add it to my library it says "game unavailable" and "your not eligible to play this game".  Also i can use the membership to add non pro games to my library like games that require the standard ea membership and i cant add any of the Pro membership games .

Things I've tried:
deleted and reinstall ea app
log in and out
reset the cache
contact support

I tried contacting support but the live chat kept on freezing after waiting 90m for a response and it closed. I have been trying to get it to work the the past 4 hours and its extremely frustrating.

Also I definitely own Ea Pro
