EA Sports FC 25 Activation Issue

Dear EA Support,

I am experiencing an issue activating EA Sports FC 25 on my computer. Every time I try to launch the game, I receive an error stating that the game could not be activated using the EA account I provided.

I have followed all the tips given by the previous advisor, but I still can’t open my EA FC 25. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Steam, EA, and FC 25 overnight, but it still won’t open. Every time I try to launch it, it shows the same message as in the picture I sent in the file.

I have also deleted the License file as instructed by the previous advisor. I have followed other steps from YouTube as well, but the result is still the same—I can’t open the game.

Please help me. I even created a new EA account, but the same screen still appears as shown in the file.

I’ve tried everything, including running EA as an administrator, deleting and reinstalling, but it still doesn’t work. I even deleted FC 25 and re-downloaded it, but it still won’t launch.

Before this, I could play without any issues, but starting yesterday, this problem appeared. What else can I do? Please help me. I’ve spent the entire night trying to fix this, but there’s still no solution.

    It also mentions that clean or safe boot might harm my PC but if i purchased the game then why i have to go through all this to just play the game can you give any safe ways to do something or simply fix why this is happening??

    You always need to use the platform you purchased the game from to install it. So if you originally purchased the game from Steam, you will need to install it directly from Steam.

    Did you happen to resolve this? Just got this error and it won't let me sign in even though all my details are correct, tried deleting license folder as well but same error again

    If the previous steps didn't fix the issue, please check the date and time on your device. If it's not yet set to adjust automatically, please enable "Set time automatically" on your date and time settings for Windows. I hope this helps.
