Error code EC:10001
Everytime I try to login to the ea app, or play a game on any of my devices, im met with error code EC:10001. I’ve tried reaching out to ea help for the past two months and they’ve done nothing except telling me to reset a couple things and clean boot my pc, which I’ve done to no help. My ea play memberships just been wasting away in the mean time and I’ve been told to just post on here regarding an 2 month extension and solution because the help support couldn’t figure it out.
