Error when clicking on anything!

Whenever I press on a game in the ea app it pops up with this message (see picture attached below)

this is happening with everything. I've tried resetting my laptop, uninstalling & reinstalling the app and logging out and logging back in. If anyone knows how to fix this please help me I've been looking for answers for hours and I can't find anything in the ea help section it's essentially useless.
