Re: [FAQ] Why don't my expansion packs transfer between platforms?

I started playing Sims 4 on xbox through EA Play. Now I play on Mac with the same EA play account. The expansion pack I bought while playing on the Xbox says "Available on Windows" and will not let me download to my mac. (see attached screenshot). I have already tried clearing the cache through App Recovery.
