Failed sims 4 purchase but card charged

Summarize your bug This is the first time this happened but I want it to be the last I have brought a sims 4 add on but it says my card has been charged for about 40 dollars BUT it said error and said purchase failed which also won’t allow me to get a refund. When i was charged it said graze charged me. But I never got the sims pack (Highschool years)
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I found it by downloading a sims pack on the EA app on pc
What happens when the bug occurs? I don’t get the sims pack or my money back because it said it failed
What do you expect to see? I expect either my money back or the sims pack or if your generous both I just want one or the other though .

I have been charged 40 dollars a for a sims addon (Highschool years) but didn’t get the pack and was told the purchase failed but I didn’t get the money back

If the charge is showing as failed in your order history, that means we did not receive the funds for this purchase. However, if you were still charged for this pack, you'd want to get in contact with your bank or payment method you used for this purchase so they can look into this a bit further with you and see what's going on.
