I want to add that, similar to antywantyuk, I am in the same region and have also installed a new GPU, except I installed an AMD GPU, so think the issue might be GPU agnostic and server or region specific. I am not sure.
What happens
I matchmake into Breakthrough (European servers), start playing and then a few minutes into the game I get an error that states that the game is unable to connect with the EA online services. All other internet services works nominally.

Thank you for your help. I think there must have been a misunderstanding. I mentioned that I have an AMD GPU installed, so can't replicate the steps you suggested. I did find the culprit in my scenario though and it was driver and bios related. After my GPU installation, Windows reverted to a very old version of my network LAN driver for some reason coupled with a BIOS setting that interfered with the proper functioning of the card. It took some digging and testing, but I am happy to report that all is well now. Happy gaming.
