Hi L3oN33dAss
Could you send a DxDiag file so we can find some clues based on the errors it contains?Press the Windows and R keys at the same time.
Type DxDiag in the window that appears, then click Save all information and save the file wherever you want.
Then drag and drop the file here, then click Share - add the .txt file as an attachment.Cheer, Steeve

Hey Steeve, I'm hoping you could help me out. I have followed every step in trying to resolve this issue. I have repaired and restarted countless times. I have uninstalled the Windows updates. I've turned off every overlay imaginable and turned off AMD anti-lag (I don't have Nvidia). Note, I only have TS4 installed and so the javelin anti-cheat is not accessible. The only thing that solved this for me was removing my Mods folder entirely. But, I could not diagnose any mod that was causing the issue. Furthermore, after disabling all of my mods, the issue persisted. My drivers are up to date. What is going on??? My DxDiag is filed below. Thanks.

Hey 4jm25pxixx59
Thank you for your DxDiag; I found crashes related to TS4 inside.
Unfortunately, I only have experience with the Battlefield game, but I would like to know why you are running TS4 with DX9?
I would also like to know if you have exactly the same error as in the image. And I would also like to know when this problem started (since an update, a reinstallation of the game)?
Before giving you solutions, I need to understand a little better. But don't worry, one day I'll enter the world of TS4 to understand this beautiful game.
To launch TS4 with Dx11, follow this tutorial (Dx11 is better and more optimized): https://forums.ea.com/discussions/the-sims-4-technical-issues-pc-en/directx-11-dx11-for-the-sims-4---a-step-by-step-guide/11811172
