'Failed to Launch Game: An Error on Our End' for Multiple Games. Any Fixes?

I read all the forum messages about this issue from 3 years ago and tried all their solutions. I sent in a ticket to EA Games. I cleared the cache, restarted everything, went into the EA Games folder...

Emergency assistance !!! 

FC25 (It could not be started due to an error on our end. Please try again shortly. )Additionally, even though I haven't used any cheat programs, my EA account is displaying the error “Some features have been disabled because the EA app was launched by another application,” and FC25 won't open.

I request an urgent resolution !!
