'Failed to Launch Game: An Error on Our End' for Multiple Games. Any Fixes?

I read all the forum messages about this issue from 3 years ago and tried all their solutions. I sent in a ticket to EA Games. I cleared the cache, restarted everything, went into the EA Games folder...

Sims3 failing to load. The screen gets to screen that shows Back to the Future, as if the game is starting to load, then crashes and I get an error message on EA app that says An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later.

I have tried uninstalling & reinstalling the EA app, cleared cache and repairing the game, still have the same issue.
