My app wont download the fairy garden digital content. I've cleared my cache and logged in and out. Removed mods as well and still nothing.

This issue should now be resolved- please be sure to cancel the queued download in the EA app and try the repair or install again.
If you still see an error after canceling and trying a fresh repair or install, please create a new thread!
I do in fact own the new pack, just bought it this morning. My photos are all black in my game so I was tyring to repair to fix, but now I can't repair because it says I don't own the newest pack. Please fix asap this is ridiculous.
Having the same issue. Beyond ridiculous.
I'm having this exact issue, too. Keeps telling me I don't actually own it despite me preordering.
Does it also not appear in the BB filter section for you? I open the game and it tells me I have new BB items, but when I go to look there's nothing in there, and the EbN pack isn't included on the filters list.
The Enchanted by nature is NOT working. When I start the game I have the CAS Items and Traits,. And My sim can wear them no problem and works normally but that's it. I can't more her in to Innisgreen, in fact when I click on the world I the screen goes white and I can't escape unless I go to main menu. ( My Sim is fine and I saved her). I exited the game and tried to repair the game only to discover the EA app says the pack is now called The Sims 4 Fairy Garden Digital Content by that my ownership was revoked or deleted. Does is this just me? I have a Windows 11 and I do use mods. Is this just the Sims teams' shotty work? Please help me.
I had it in BB when I played the game but I'm having an issue where all of my photos are black.
I just bought this new pack which I am finding out to be a big mistake because I am running into issues and cannot play it. I was able to install and create my sim, but after selecting which season to start in and selecting the new fairy world all I get is a complete white screen. I exit and try repairing the game and I get what you see in the pictures below.

Same issue! I've tried repairing twice, cleared my EA cache, and it still says I don't own the pack - under the Fairy Garden Digital Content name. It's like the game and the app haven't yet recognized that the pack was released or something!
Upon repairing my game in the EA APP to see if it fixed my sim not having evidence of her new trait discovery "chased by death" in her simology panel or milestones (it didn't!), the EA app brought up this message when it got to the last pack "Enchanted By Nature". I don't have mods/cc and had previously seen the preorder items in the build/buy before exiting to repair game.
