Summarize your bug Hello friends I have problem with FIFA 20. I usually played FIFA 20 without of problem. When I installed EA app and when I wanted to play my FIFA 20 so there is notice "coming soon" I dont undrstaned "WHY". Please help me.

Hello friends

    Hey @Ch1clez,

    Do you own the game via a standalone purchase, or did you claim it via EA Play in the past?

    Hey, thanks for your response!

    I got it  as a standalone, using an activation key in Origin.!

    @Ch1clez @88Brunoo, alright. So you both own the game as a standalone purchase & not claimed via EA Play or something like that? Cool. 

    Can you both please test if when you log in to Origin (so not the EA app), you see FIFA 20 in your library and you can download/install/play the game as normal?

    (Please note; Origin & the EA app can not run simultaneously. One program has to be shut down completely in order to run the other.)

    I installed EA app recently. I had Origin before and FIFA 20 didn't appeared in my library. But when I uninstalled Origin and Installed EA app it showed up again, but was unplayable, so I don't know what happened.

    @Ch1clez, alright, that's odd. So when you now download Origin again, login with the same EA account as you login with via the EA app, FIFA 20 is not there?

    @EA_Leeuw No isn't here. And when I want to use the code so I can download the game I will receive a notification "This code has already been redeemed".
