Fifa 23 - EA PLAY PRO

Hey, I have an EA play pro subscription and can download different games with the EA PLAY PRO sign. when I click on fifa 23 it says I have to buy it .. this is included in the EA PLAY PRO no? What...

Menn i have the problem with the Anticheat, it doesnt work, and i tried to uninstall and install again, unfortunately stiil doesnt work and i wanna play fifa23, pls EA help us!!!!

I have the same problem. I took EA play-pro only to try out fifa23. But still no download, only that i have to buy the game.
Where can i refund the 14.99 euro for that month ?
