Game is gone after buying and downloading

Hello everyone,

Some days ago I bought myself a Key for F1 23 Champions Edition for Pre Order.
As I realized I couldnt play that moment I downloaded the game. And waited for the 16.06.23 to arrive so I would be able to play the game.
Today ( 16.06) I went into the EA App on my desktop and realized the game is gone. I the game downloaded on my desktop and whenever I start it it tells me someone else bought it and I dont have access.

Maybe someone knows this issue and can help me out here.

    I don't have any other details currently. This issue is still being investigated, but we can't provide help with codes from CDKeys.

    Try clearing the EA App cache with the instructions here. Let me know what happens. Thanks!

    Unfortunately still got the issue of the game not appearing. I tried clearing cache because the app wasn't downloading the game and that's how it disappeared in the first place but hasn't reverted the problem.
