Regarding your question about finding the invoices for your purchases through Origin, they will still show up in your EA app transaction history. If they're not currently showing in there, you might have purchased them in a different account in the past. If that's the case, you can also search for Origin invoices in your email, and with the invoice number, the EA Help team will also be able to locate your purchase. I hope this helps.
