I am still experiencing this issue. Error ID
3d704116-f2f2-4de9-adde-8cf71278beb8
My games do show up but they have a clock icon on the bottom right of the picture and when I try to click into them to open the game page it shows an Error 500 page instead. I can't launch them at all.
Funny, because Origin still seems to work perfectly. EA App is pure garbage and literally every single day, no exaggeration, every day, there are issues. Games disappearing or not being detected as installed even though they are.

I have logged out and back in to the app, I have restarted the app through the help restart option, I have restarted my computer, I have exited the app and gone back in. No fix.as of 4:37pm 14 Jan 2023 this issue is still ongoing. please see details in my previous comment above.
Hi there,
This is not resolved. I am still experiencing this issue. All my games show in my collection but they all have little grey clock icons in the bottom right and when I click them the app shows Error 500. My app is up-to-date. My error ID I reported earlier was 3d704116-f2f2-4de9-adde-8cf71278beb8. I'm in Aotearoa New Zealand. Originally commented 14 Jan 2023 2:21pm. It is now 14 Jan 2023 10:58pm. I have restarted the app through the help menu. I have restarted my computer. I have logged out and back in. No fix.- EA_Leeuw3 years ago

Hey @Vulpix298,
This doesn't look like the same issue.
I would recommend creating a separate thread for this issue or reaching out to the Live Support team (via https://help.ea.com) to see if they can assist you with this. This is the same issue as it happened as a direct result from my games first not being in my library on the app at all. Then the connection issues and Error 500 issues only happened after this was "resolved". My games work perfectly fine on Origin.

@Vulpix298, I have split off your posts from the other thread, since this issue doesn't seem to be related, as you can see your games.
Is it possible that you had an EA Play membership in the past? ok I guess I've had this topic made for me
I've made another error report ID 79e7a6b3-0646-4d6e-9f31-80be035e8c93
I've tried using the app recovery in the help menu but hasn't fixed anything. Also the three dot drop-down menu on all my games just shows "Loading".It is related as it happened directly from the first issue where I originally couldn't see my games in my collection, and then when EA claimed to have "fixed" that issue all my games came back like this. This is some sort of server to account to app connection issue with verifying my games? See my post above for the picture. I can't even see the properties of these games in the app.
I had a membership in the past on Origin. but that's been cancelled for a long time now. I fully own these games.- EA_Leeuw3 years ago

@Vulpix298, have you already reached out to the live support team to get your account investigated? I couldn't figure out how because the pathway shows "help with a game" which only lets me select individual games when this is ALL my games, and the "manage your account" pathway doesn't have a suitable option either. Will I have to create a case for every single individual game I own, and therefore have to deal with multiple different customer service reps for this one issue?
