GAMES STUCK ON FINALIZING
Please help, I download games from EA APP and all of them do not install completely and freeze at 74%.

Thanks for the confirmation. Does the issue also happen when you try to install any of our free games? Can you please download Apex Legends, for example, and see if you are able to complete the installation process?
- @EA_Pulsar No, I couldn't install any games so I reinstalled the EA APP but now it doesn't want to install either.

Okay. Create a new administrator account in Windows and then try to install the EA app.
- @EA_Pulsar I don't want to create a new windows account, I have too much stuff on this account. By the way, somehow the EA APP images were installed, but with games there is still an error, finalizing on 73% is endless.
