Could you perhaps go to the marked solution of this thread and take a look at the section that says "If you continue to experience the issue", and provide the requested details?

If it helps anyone, Kaspersky had a compatibility issue that required it to be uninstalled and reinstalled to work. It didn't work when disabling it - the program had to be uninstalled, restart PC, then launch EA App, then reinstall Kaspersky.

If you have another app like Xbox Gaming or Steam and you get errors, that would indicate that something is blocking webhelpers for installed apps without interfering with browsers (hence why people can sign in here to ask questions)

I started having this issue right after buying Sims 4 Horse Ranch. I cant open the game. I cant even uninstall the stupid app. Why is it required to use this app to open games any ways? Other apps like steam and Epic games don't have this problem. Only EA. Get it together guys. When is this gonna be fixed??
