I can't open sims 4 : Error Code 10500

Hi so i was able to play just fine the other day, but later that same day it kept telling me i had connection issues and couldn't open the gallery. The next day (yesterday) I tried to open sims again but it just couldn't open and get pass the preparing game, it would stop half way. When i tried opening the EA app client i kept getting this error. I tried to open it again today, still same error. I have signed out and logged back in, didn't change anything.
