Hi there,
If you're getting this message on the EA app when trying to launch an EA game that was purchased on a different platform, there's a chance you might be logged in to a different EA account that's not connected to your other platforms. To double-check if this account is connected, please check the Connected Accounts tab in your EA Account settings.
If they are not connected, you might be logged in to the incorrect account. If they are connected, please share a screenshot of the error message that you're seeing. - joe_mama_onmyPP7 days agoSeasoned Newcomer
Hello thanks, so the accounts are connected, i also tried lowering my system security in case that had anything to do it with, obviously it did nothing.
But after trying to run the game that way i got another new massage i had never gotten, "unreal engine 4 crash reporter". But again games from steam also don't launch.
Well really i only have two games installed one from each platform. Dead space 3 that i have on steam doesn't launch at all the EA app just says launching game/loading game and nothing happens. STAR WARS Battlefront 2 from epic launch's in some way but it stays on the (i guess) loading screen of the game and then never opens.
I don't get any error massages so i can't really send any pictures.
