I lost all of my expansion packs after the switch to EA

I just had to switch from the origin app to the EA app and since doing so I have lost all of the sims 3 Expansion packs that I owned. Before switching, I owned most of the sims 3 expansions but now when I load it up, it's saying that I only own the late night expansion and the movie stuff pack. I bought all of these packs when they were still on discs but it's now saying that I have to buy them to use them. I'm quite disappointed as I put a lot of money into collecting the games and now you want me to buy them again? Every page that I have looked at for advice on this issue is saying that I need to check that I am using the right account but I have only ever had one account for the sims games and I'm really lost on what can be done to resolve this.

    This sounds like your other missing expansions may have been registered to a different EA account instead of the one you're currently logging into. I'd recommend reaching out to the live support team through the help site here so they can help search for any older accounts you may have. If you still have the game codes from your disks, live support can also locate which account those codes are currently tied to. 

    If you have any troubles getting through to the support team there, please be sure to let me know.

If you still have the game codes from your disks, live support can also locate which account those codes are currently tied to.
