I started having this problem yesterday. I hadn't played an ea game in a while so I had not updated to the new launcher. Once updated my friends list was gone and I had the option to import so I did and now everyone is gone and it says I have no friends to import. These were all friends from steam. And now it seems as the ea launcher is in charge of the friends available instead of steam so I can't play with any of my friends anymore. (In ea games). It's really disturbing to see how old this thread is and that it's still happening with no fix, but I'm not shocked at all. It's ea. What do you expect? I've done chat support two days in a row and still no resolution. Guess I'll never be able to play It Takes Two seeing as I bought it a long time ago but just tried to play it with a friend yesterday. That's how I found out this was even an issue. Sad.

same issue, neither of us can add each other by EA ID in gamei'm on PC, my friend is ps4. we haven't played together yet.we are trying to add each other in the same house even.searchbox is bugged

i am using the right two accounts linked on my ea account that i play on as weel as the psn accoun that has my friends. all privacy options are set to open on both accouints and still no list of friends has appeared.

Hi @ruben78360,

Have you checked in the settings of your EA account to see which PlayStation account has been linked?

Please make sure that the correct account has been linked to your EA account and let me know if it has/hasn't.

I was sent here by @EAHelp on Twitter. I had to install the EA app to play Star War Battlefront II from my Xbox GamePass. All installed correctly but when I tried to import friends from Discord or Xbox I was unable and now the EA app says no friends to import! Can anyone help?

This issue has been going on since last year and still not fixed? I have the same issue. I'm playing on pc and want to play with a friend on ps4 but after linkin my psn account, my friend list is missing.
