My EA app will not open. I have waited months for EA to resolve issues.
A few months ago, I tried to log in and begin playing the only game I have on the EA app. This game is The Sims 4, for context, I use the base game, no cc. When I tried to hit play, as usual, I get an error for the very first time. My game would not update. I tried everything I could online, including clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, restarting my computer, and ensuring that my Internet connection was secure. NOTHING HELPED. After reading through the forums, I decided to wait as issues pop up and resolve themselves all the time. This issue has been ongoing for a few months now. Recently, I logged on, and now my EA app will not open at all. I keep getting an error code 10005. I have also tried everything to fix this, including uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and ensuring that my Internet connection is stable. Once again, NOTHING works.
I turned to EA support, where I waited for nearly three hours for two separate people to tell me there was nothing further they could do and to post on the forum.
HELP.
Wow ea really are terrible for customer care. There seems to be no real help
