The admins need to stop sending us to other threads, closing the discussion, or marking it as solved. IT IS NOT SOLVED.
We cannot submit an error report because the error reporter has an error every time. I’ve been having this issue for more than a month now, closer to two, and I was excited to get the new pack but unable to because I can’t even get into the ea app. The tech team needs to get/find someone with a Mac and run an error software to find out why so many people are having the same issue.
I thought EA would have figured the issue out by now but I still haven’t found a solution and I’ve done the troubleshooting suggested already.
