Hi, I have been having issues with the EA app connecting to the internet for two months now. I am currently unable to open the app at all without the EC:10005 error appearing. I also cannot submit an error report as my error report is encountering an error. On MAC - fully updated
I have been having the same problem since June, it is so frustrating because I have spent so much money on the sims and despite all my effort to try and troubleshoot, I consistently get the same error code 10005 and now I am unable to uninstall EA at all from my computer.
