EA has not work for me since Feb 1st
Just look at my screenshots.
And when i get pass the screen shown above i get:
I have tried every troubleshooting method i could find.
Reached out to EA and they just told me to come here.
Please help!

I've merged your post into the main thread for this. Please follow the steps in the pinned comment at the top of this thread to help us investigate this issue.
If you haven't already, it might be worth going through as many of the connectivity troubleshooting steps on this page as you can to see if there's improvement. If you have a McAfee extension, disabling that before restarting the EA app seemed to fix the EC:10005 error for some. Thanks!
