[INVESTIGATION] Games Stuck on "Launching Game" or "Preparing Game"

    This issue is now under investigation. However, for the teams to properly look into the issue, could you please use the EA app Error Reporter and post the generated Report ID here in the thread?

The game does not start even though the message "Starting the game" is displayed. This applies to all games purchased a few days ago. Games purchased more than six months ago work fine. Even when offline, the message "Please authenticate online" is displayed and the app does not start. Reinstalling both the game and the app didn't help.

I'm sorry if it's hard to read because I'm using a translation.

    The issue comes from the new ea launcher, I bought mass effect legendary edition in 2021, and it was working fine when origin was still a thing, but right now I can't play my game anymore because of this preparing game.

    Weirdly enough games that I have on the ea store directly work fine but it's an issue with the games i own on steam. Somehow it fails to link the ownership from steam to the ea account.
