Please describe I bought DLC and its not showing in my library

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Its not showing as bought or in library, its still avaible in store without adnotation "library" - just as avaible to buy.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't download dlc
What do you expect to see? being able to use DLC

So I bought one of The Sims 4 DLC's and its not avaible in my library for about 2h now - I was looking for everything, the note under bought information says it should appear in library in 30 minutes, but it didn't. DLC is still avaible in store without addnotation that its bought. So basically I can't use it at all because I don't have it as EA app says. :/
sorry for my english, its my second language (and also I don't know how some things are named in english version).
