I accidentally saved a card to my EA account (I do not want it saved), and every time I try to click on ANYTHING in my security settings to change it, it keeps emailing me a verification code and giving me NOWHERE to insert the code. I don't even have the 2FA settings on.

If you haven't already, please try signing in on an incognito window to see if the box to enter the code appears then.
It's strange that you're still getting verification prompts if 2FA isn't enabled. It might be worth connecting with live support via the Contact Us option at the bottom of this page and having them take a look at the account to see why that's the case.
