Issues with missing or non-existent games in the game library

I purchased the EA WRC game on Steam two years ago and have played it for 12 hours. When I downloaded it back yesterday, the game was not found in my Steam library. When I contacted customer support, they told me the game does not exist. Since I have already exceeded the Steam refund time limit, I couldn't get a refund. After seeking further help, reassociating my Steam account and downloading the Apex game did not resolve the issue. I also noticed that the F1 24 I purchased on Steam a year ago has turned gray in my library, prompting me to buy it again, and this too is beyond the Steam refund time limit.

I have lost two games and contacted customer service but received no compensation. EA customer service said it's a Steam issue and told me to contact Steam, while Steam has no customer service to contact and told me to contact EA. I am extremely angry about this. To this day, EA customer service has not provided a feasible solution. I have my purchase records, and the games can be normally downloaded on Steam but cannot be opened.

I need EA to give me a compensation plan or solve this problem.
