Keys disappearing from the App Library

Ive talked with alot of people that are having the same problem, all the ea products that where bought by keys are cotinuing to disapear from the library and ea is still to respond why this is happening.

I have a sligh clue on what it might be, ea doesnt want us to buy games from outside and using it as keys, but its thats the case why have a key system in the first place make it make sence ea.

Anyway I want a reponse from ea on what just might this be, either a bug or just a new idiotic patch that takes off our games.
