Last name being censored

I'm attempting to change my EA ID from "Colonel-Bolk1995" to "VK_Colonel-Bolk" however my last name gets flagged for something i have no idea of.

Therefor unable to be used.

It is my real life last name and i have been known in and outside of EA games and others as "Bolk".

I prefer to keep using my last name as my gaming name.

What can i do?
