Last update is stuck at 3%
Hey, I saw that there was an update this morning. I tried to launch it but it's stuck at 3%. I've restarted the EA app multiple times but each time I have the same problem.

Community ManagerI'm sorry to hear you're still experiencing the problem after these steps. There are a couple more things you can try:
- Press Win + R, type: %ProgramData% > Delete the EA Desktop and Origin folders if they exist.
- Then go to: %AppData% > Delete the EA Desktop, Origin, and Sims 4 folders from both Roaming and Local.
- Try to install The Sims 4 in a new folder.
- Run a Clean boot:
