Library showing empty

Summarize your bug Library is saying empty. Customer support is saying my games are there but nothing is showing on app. I've cleared cache. nothing works. they told me to post here and pray someone will help.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? My library is showing empty
What happens when the bug occurs? My library is showing empty
What do you expect to see? MY GAMES

Logging in to new EA app. My library shows empty customer support cant find it and sent me here to pray to god someone will help me because they said they cant do anything. makes 0 sense.

  • yo if you see this its ea themselves. I've had this issue since a week after jedi survivors was launched, ea made an oopsie with an update and they don't want to say its their fault at all so we all can't get compensated for the mistake made by ea themselves. the only fix is if you link to facebook, steam, or the other platforms listed but you can't normal sign in or use google to quick sign in. if one of the other sign in options have an issue you gotta try the others because ea keeps messing them up somehow... its useless to report to ea if they don't take things serious in the first place after 4 months of the same issue and that's not including the unfortunate people that got the issue before the 4 months I've been dealing with it

    Have you verified that you're logging into the same EA account that your content was original purchased under? Be sure to check the Order History on your EA account to verify if you're logging into the same account that you had purchased your games on. 

    If your order history shows as blank, you're most likely logging into the wrong EA account, and you'll need to contact live support to have them help you locate the correct login details. 

  • Yes it's the right account. I originally spoke with them to confirm it's the right account. Am I ever going to have access to my games or should I just never make another purchase on your platform again? This is insane.
