lost games from orgin to ea app transfer

Summarize your bug lost my games when transferring from orgin to ea app
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? no idea
What happens when the bug occurs? i cant find my games in the library
What do you expect to see? my favorite games in the library

i contacted the ea chat first but they could not help me. you should be able to see all the pictures of the missing games in there

    Hi there @lordsith54,

    Is your game library completely empty, or are you missing only a few of your games since moving over to the EA App?

    only a few! the only one im concerned about is The Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king

    The origin online profile is down so you cant see your games.

    I have the same problem now.

    I am missing all of my games since I updated to the EA App. How can I get them back?

    Hey all,

    We were seeing some issues with the EA App earlier today, but that should now be resolved. Please clear the cache for the app following the steps here.

    If your game library is still showing as empty after you've tried that, please let me know!

    @EA_Solaire My game library shows all my games but after installing the ea app my origin download/install folder was deleted. so now i have to redownload my games
