my bundle isn’t in my game
For some reason the bundle I purchased over two days ago that includes get to work, realm of magic, and nifty knitting is not showing in my game. I checked my files and they are downloaded but when I open ea the bundles only show as purchased half the time. Sometimes it shows that I only have the packs from the bundle with 0 game play while the other time it shows all the others packs I own with my real game play. I also checked steam and epic games but they both show that I don’t own the packs. I’ve uninstalled The Sims 4 and reinstalled it, nothing happened. I’ve tried taking out all my custom content but nothing seems to be working. I’m very frustrated and just want to get a refund at this point but if someone could help me I would really appreciate it.
Okay, I'd recommend you get in contact with the live support team so they can review your account details with you a bit further and see what's going on with all your expansions- here on the forums we wouldn't have access to your account details to investigate into this further.
