my bundle isn’t in my game

For some reason the bundle I purchased over two days ago that includes get to work, realm of magic, and nifty knitting is not showing in my game. I checked my files and they are downloaded but when I open ea the bundles only show as purchased half the time. Sometimes it shows that I only have the packs from the bundle with 0 game play while the other time it shows all the others packs I own with my real game play. I also checked steam and epic games but they both show that I don’t own the packs. I’ve uninstalled The Sims 4 and reinstalled it, nothing happened. I’ve tried taking out all my custom content but nothing seems to be working. I’m very frustrated and just want to get a refund at this point but if someone could help me I would really appreciate it.

    Okay, I'd recommend you get in contact with the live support team so they can review your account details with you a bit further and see what's going on with all your expansions- here on the forums we wouldn't have access to your account details to investigate into this further.

    Please contact live support by submitting a help request on the site here- I'd also recommend attaching this AHQ conversation when you reach out there so the live support team does have something further to reference. If you have any issues getting in contact with the live support team, you can let me know!

    Hi @FunnyFrogers,

    Are you playing through the EA app, through Steam or Epic? Did you purchase this bundle directly through the EA app? Please look over your order history to be sure you're currently logged into the correct EA account that you've bought your content on. 

    If you see your bundle in your order history, try clearing the cache for the EA app following these steps and let me know if you're able to access your content through the EA app then. 

  • Hello! Sorry for the late reply! 

    I am playing through the EA app right now which is where I purchased the bundle. I did check my order history (which showed that I did purchase them) and my account that showed I am signed into the right one. After checking my order history I cleared the cache for the EA app and it showed the packs but again, no game play with only the 3 packs. I opened the game and it showed all the packs I own except the 3 that I purchased. 

    If you need anymore information I would be happy to give it to you! Also, thank you for trying to help I really appreciate it 🙂
