My EA app won’t open

every two or three months it would say ea app wants wants to make changes your password to allow this. I changed my password multiple times it won’t work. I use my saved passwords and my pass keys. It don’t work. it just physically won’t let me open the app and I also cannot play the Sims since I cannot open the app. My EA app won’t work. It won’t let me open it. I put in multiple passwords that I know I put in my laptop password I put in everything it won’t work. I even put in my email. It won’t work. Nothing will work so it’s either. I’m about to delete the EA account or something like that, but I spent my money for the my first pet and cats and dogs so I would like a refund if I cannot get my EA app open. and then sometimes when I’m even playing the Sims, it randomly just shut down.
