No access to 'EA.Ink'

I opened my laptop yesterday and got this pop on my OneDrive:

I can only assume this has to do with the EA app, but have no idea what it does or what I did to cause this. The only thing I did the day before was empty my computer's recycle bin.

The only thing it's seemed to affect is that I can't buy any expansions in the Sims 4, but besides that the EA App and Sims 4 seems to be running otherwise.

Can someone please tell me how to fix this, or if I even need to? Maybe also tell me what this effects besides purchases in the Sims 4.

I'd also appreciate it if someone could tell me how I've done this so I can avoid doing this again.
