not sending me the verification code
i have been having issues to verify my original account with EA the have the same email for year and never had a problem with my email. i check my in box, spam, and junk folder but not get the code to verify . i had to make another account to communicate with yall. i never change the email on the EA account because is still linked in to my google account but it need a verification code to enter my account but it not sending. i have been try to send email to EA support but haven't heard from them yet. it been a month now and i still can't login. if anyone can help me i will be grateful

if you're having trouble receiving e-mails from EA, I would recommend opening a case per live chat. Support is the only one who can help with these kinds of issues, as we don't have access to account information here in the forum. If you contact them through the live chat, you should be connected to an employee in a short while and don't need to be able to receive e-mails.
