Hey guys, Just to let you know, I had an error message this morning when I tried to loads the Sims 4 via the EA app, kept saying it was downloaded on another device and I didn't own it. If this happens for any of you, if you load the EA app, click the 3 lines in top left corner, go to help, then to app recovery and click clear cache, that seemed to work for me and my game now loads. This is a bug that was reported a couple months ago but seems to be happening again. Hope this helps you all

@archerstas304 I wish this helped. I've does all of that puls some. I know I've sunk over $800 isn't the Sims franchise over the years. Not EA is telling me I don't own it and never did.

@ElvinZombi From experience, if you are not seeing the content on the account you logged in with, it is on a different account. Regardless if that be true for this one or not, the best thing to do is to contact live support so that they can locate the account that has the content on it.

I have been on vacation for the last week (away from home) and today I logged in and this issue. Thankfully, the solution in the first post worked for me.
