I was permanently banned one day after purchasing a game (incredibly soon after the refund period ended, coincidence? I don't think so) banned for some totally unknown reason that they refuse to talk about. I've tried contacting them with my old account and creating a new one, but nothing. There are no solutions to problems, just a bot sending you messages to shut you up so they can continue to neglect you.
