Problem with downloading when owning and subsciption

So i bought Battlefield 2042 pre order and was fairly let down to say the least at launch date, played a few weeks (about 160 hours) but stoped playing. after havent touched a game in my Origin acoun...

@EA_Solaire well they coulden´t really help me with that over the 5 calls i made to them, all of them hang up on me

    @EA_Solaire Hello again Solaire, do you know how fast you usually get a replay on the facebook page? did try and contact them by messenger yesterday but still no replay
