Purchasing issues

I have money loaded into my wallet on my EA account and I'm trying to purchase some add on content through the app, but the app won't let me use any type of payment whatsoever. I've tried credit cards, debit cards, affirm, klarna, and even bought EA gift cards and attached those to my account and nothing works. Has anyone had this issue? Please help if you can. Thanks in advance.

Yes it's happening to me too. I have Paypal as my primary payment method and I selected use my $25 ea wallet balance and now PAY NOW is grayed out with a little no sign for the mouse cursor.
