Hey all, is it possible to try on a different network to see if you have the same issue?
Can I ask with what ISP you see the issue and where you are located?
Darko - @EA_Darko I am forcing Cloudflare DNS on my router so the ISP/location isn't really relevant. Switching on my VPN, which forces its own DNS through the tunnel, works fine. What's interesting is once the game is downloaded (FIFA 22 in this case) I can run it via my desktop shortcut and it loads fine, so presumably this workaround is only needed to trigger the download/confirm to the EA App that the game is purchased/downloaded.
Its DNS, I have a PiHole, I had been using the OpenDNS serves, swapped to Google and they came back.
Update
It was my DNS filter server, I have a PiHole, and EA must use some servers shared on my block lists.
My DNS server was already set to 8.8.8.8 for its external calls.
Changed the local ethernet DNS and EA is showing download buttons again and downloading and quite fast too BTW well done!
Set your IVP4 DNS to 8.8.8.8 on the adapter, and the EA desktop may work again. YMMVI changed my IVP4 DNS to 8.8.8.8 but it still doesn't work. Can u help me

A dnsflush resolved this. From the DOS cmd prompt:
ipconfig/ /flushdns
